The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support the HR Leader and business stakeholders of our High Voltage business across Europe.

How you will make an impact

Drives coordination and implementation of HR processes including capability and workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement and other processes as applicable

Works with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization

Facilitate and support on employee relations topics to ensure a positive climate

Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes

Proactively connecting with business stakeholders and business strategies, supporting with relevant and timely interventions to continuously improve and enhance performance and engagement

Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment etc)
Your background
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization

Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

Leadership experience and a team player

Fluent in English
