We are seeking a Clinical Workflow Product Manager to help revolutionize the way implant treatments are delivered through smart, customer-centric workflows. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of solution innovation, working across functions to drive the development and commercialization of clinical workflows that empower dental professionals, elevate patient experiences, and differentiate our portfolio globally. In this role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of our implant treatment workflows — collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, digital and clinical experts to ensure seamless, intuitive, and effective solutions. You will play a pivotal role in turning strategic vision into impactful, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Development:
- Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate on workflow innovation initiatives that integrate digital technologies such as CAD/CAM, 3D printing, imaging, and treatment planning.
- Translate market trends and customer insights into compelling product requirements and clear value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Digital Transformation, and Sales.
- Contribute to project planning and execution across complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment between clinical, technical, and commercial perspectives.
- Drive engagement with clinicians, labs, and internal stakeholders to validate product concepts and ensure usability and clinical relevance.
Product Lifecycle Ownership:
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned workflow solutions from early-stage ideation to post-market optimization.
- Collaborate on the creation of go-to-market strategies and support product marketing with impactful messaging, training content, and launch assets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue, and propose data-driven improvements.
Market and Customer Engagement:
- Stay ahead of industry developments, competitor offerings, and customer behavior in the field of dental implant workflows.
- Facilitate co-creation with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental professionals, and labs to refine and evolve product features and workflows.
- Build strong networks within the dental community to gather insights and drive advocacy for our solutions.
Ideal candidate would bring
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably within dental, medical device, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong understanding of dental workflows and clinical practices—experience in implantology or restorative dentistry is a strong plus.
- Passion for innovation and digital transformation in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with a customer-first orientation.
