Get hands-on experience in designing user-centered digital services at Axpo. You'll support real projects, collaborate with experts, and help shape intuitive, engaging products for our users.

What you will do:

• Support the UX team in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design using tools like Figma




• Conduct user research such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing




• Analyze insights to inform design decisions




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals




• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback




• Improve UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

What you bring & who you are:

• Recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field




• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices




• Familiarity with Figma




• Strong communication and collaboration skills




• Interest in user research and usability testing




• A portfolio with academic or personal projects is a plus

About the team:
You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive UX team at Axpo, working in a cross-functional environment where ideas are valued, and learning is part of the everyday journey.This is a paid internship with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and potential to transition into a full-time role. The position includes additional benefits, and may involve occasional travel to our Madrid office.
