Main responsibilities

• Processing requests from criminal, administrative and civil authorities
• Advising on and processing simple inheritance cases
• Processing reference letters
• Processing standard third parties requests
• Providing the daily standard support to the Private Banking Front Desk and other departments for simple legal issues

Skills and experience

• Law degree from a Swiss university. Swiss Bar admission would be an asset.
• 2-3 years experience as in-house Counsel, within a Swiss bank in the respective legal field
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English and French (Official Bank language English)
• Proactive, self-motivated individual who is able to work autonomously
• Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver consistent, accurate and synthetic advice
• Pragmatic and solution-driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team focus
