Job description
Wir suchen derzeit einen talentierten Keramikdesigner (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Keramikelementen, um unser Team zu verstärken. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ein starkes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, innovative Designs zu realisieren.
🔥 Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Keramikelementen (z. B. WCs, Waschtische, Spülteile) für das Produktsortiment.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Engineering und Fertigung zur Umsetzung innovativer und funktionaler Designs.
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von 3D-Modellen in CATIA unter Berücksichtigung technischer und ergonomischer Anforderungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prototypen und Machbarkeitsstudien.
- Begleitung des Designprozesses von der Idee bis zur Serienreife.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie relevanter Normen und Richtlinien.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends und Kundenbedürfnissen.
🎯 Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industriedesign, Produktdesign, Keramikdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gestaltung technischer Produkte, idealerweise im Bereich Sanitärkeramik.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 (3D-Modellierung von Freiformflächen, Baugruppen).
- Technisches Verständnis für keramische Fertigungsprozesse und Materialien.
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität gepaart mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in interdisziplinären Projektteams.
- Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
