Your Impact

• You will help shape our Human Capital (HC) strategy, for our Advisory line of service.
• You act as a strategic advisor, and you build and maintain strong relationships with business and HC stakeholders.
• You manage various annual HC processes, including performance management, compensation and promotion processes, and talent management. You actively contribute to improving our HC processes.
• You regularly review and analyze relevant HC data and dashboards (employee surveys, turnover, leaver surveys, absences, overtime, etc.) for your area of responsibility and proactively discuss these with your stakeholders.
• You coach leaders and promote cultural initiatives to strengthen employee engagement.
• You actively engage in the HC organization and participate in or cross-functional HC projects.

Your Skill Set

• A degree in business administration (specialized in Human Resources) or psychology.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as an HC Business Partner and are familiar with matrix organizations. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and you possess quick comprehension and business acumen.
• You are highly client-oriented, committed, and enjoy being part of a team but can also work independently.
• You are committed to operational excellence and prioritize delivering exceptional quality in your services.
• You know how to derive relevant insights from various HC data and you are able to analyze and present your findings in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are communicative, solution-oriented and you speak and write fluent German and English.
