- As a central part of the Consulting Line Data & Analytics, you and your team advise our customers on strategic, process-related and technical issues
- With your passion for data, you will design forward-looking data strategies, data governance and/or data organization concepts based on pioneering organizational models (e.g. holocracy, network organization, fractal organization), thereby enabling the digital transformation of leading industrial companies around the world
- Depending on technical inclination and ability, you can take on end-to-end responsibility including implementation
- You guide agile transformation projects at our customers by presenting complex issues in a comprehensible way and communicating them appropriately to the target group
- You share your project experience and continuous education and training with your team and thus gradually take on more responsibility
- Given the necessary experience, you will act as stream lead and/or functional manager
Bring your experience.
- Several years of experience in data strategy, data governance and data organization or data-driven organizational change
- Experience as stream or project lead in complex transformation projects
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with appropriatecommunication and organizational skills
- Performance-oriented, collaborative work style, both as a lead and as part of a team
- Above-average degree in economics or business administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
