System Engineer - Microsoft 365

The Global Workplace product is responsible for one of the most advanced workplaces in the insurance industry. International teams manage the operation and ongoing development of various workplace products (Windows, Mac, Mobile, Virtual) and infrastructure (Microsoft 365, EntraID, SCCM, Intune).

• Full lifecycle application management (integration, testing, qualification, deployment) in Intune

• Operation and ongoing enhancement of Windows 11 releases and new features (Evergreen)
• Implementation of security policies (group policy management, compliance monitoring, system hardening)
• Integration of new hardware into the AXA ecosystem (image, BIOS, drivers)
• Deployment of Endpoint Protection solutions on client devices
• Integration, maintenance, and updates for internet browsers (Edge Chromium, Google Chrome)
• Integration, maintenance, and testing of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
• System and performance monitoring, along with proactive analysis and preventive measures
• Continuing the operation and evolution of the modern workplace at AXA
• Handling 3rd level support and troubleshooting in the workplace domain (issue analysis and fixes)

• You have strong expertise in Intune/Configuration Manager, Windows 11, EntraID, Modern Workplace, and M365
• You possess extensive knowledge of client integration (e.g. GPO, Internet Browsers, Bitlocker)
• You have solid experience with Configuration Manager/SCCM (e.g. packages, applications, task sequences, BIOS, drivers)
• Familiarity with Endpoint Security and Protection is a plus (e.g. MS Endpoint DLP)
• Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g. M365 Apps, OneDrive for Business, Azure Information Protection) is desirable
• Experience with McAfee Cloud Proxy
• Experience with F5 PerApp VPN
• Service-oriented, team-minded, proactive, independent, and effective communication skills (in both German and English) define you
