Script Coordinator ESC 2025

• You will be responsible for the running orders / scripts of all three shows of the ESC 2025. You will create different versions of these running orders including distribution for all departments on site
• You will also proceed to (last-minute) changes of these documents and ensure that the running orders/scripts are always up to date
• You will have an interface function. You will work closely together with the show caller, the senior show producer, the end of show producer, the head autor, the directorate team and the contest team
• You will support the show team in other editorial or production-related matters

• You have experience in this or a similar function
• You are a team player and are used to working in an international environment with creative people, artists and technicians
• You have good communication skills. You speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of another language would be an advantage
• You are a multitasker with strong organisational skills and you like precision
• Knowledge of running order tools like "Cuez" would be an advantage
• You are flexible, keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have no problem with last minute change of plans
