Who We Are: We are a cutting-edge tech company that is revolutionizing how doctors and patients communicate in the aesthetic industry. Our global presence is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic Event Manager to bring Aura's experience at events to another level.
As the Events Manager at Aura, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all global events, exhibitions, and conferences. You will ensure that each event aligns with Aura's brand and objectives, delivering exceptional experiences that engage our audiences and enhance our global presence.

This appeals to you
- Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of Aura's global events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or last-minute changes efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure optimal terms and services.
- Create event materials, including programs, signage, and promotional content.
- Monitor and report on event performance and gather feedback to continually improve future events.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to global events and exhibitions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by event schedules
This is you
- Proven experience in Events, preferably with a focus on global exhibitions, and conferences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- International travelling is part of your work routine.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly seeking new ways to elevate our event presence and impact.
