Your Mission:
- Leads the local Supply Chain team of the business unit, including Procurement, Warehouse and Logistic
- Responsible for the execution of the following activities
- Procurement of all materials, parts and services directly required for production
- Procurement of all indirect materials and services and CAPEX equipment
- Management of the Warehouse and Logistic activities
- Securing on time material availability for production
- Leads the Supply Chain Organization of the plant / production unit through efficiency in
- Materials & inventory management
- Procurement management and on-time material deliveries
- Production material readiness according production plan
- Savings & Productivity improvement initiatives
- Participates in “design to cost” initiatives to ensure product material budget compliance and take the lead in execution and implementation of related procurement strategy
- Maintains close cooperations with critical and/or Key Suppliers and maintains the supplier portfolio
- Ensure shop floor management and establishing lean management methods within the scope of work
- Cooperation with the quality assurance ensuring the necessary actions area taken towards the suppliers
- Support of the Industrial Engineering team/Program Managers/Sales in quotations, procurement initiatives and with inputs on production planning milestones
- Takes the managerial responsibility towards the direct reports, performing the HR processes such as competence planning, recruitment, performance management, development etc.
- Leads according to the Beyond Gravity Values, Code of Conduct and ESG standards, and drives the people & leadership development

- On Time readiness of materials to support production milestones

Your Story:
- Master or Bachelor degree in technical studies and/or economy, preferably in production related diploma
- Extensive Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Material and Inventory Management
- Management & Leadership track record in an industry environment
- Deep knowledge in SAP ERP system and smart use of MS-Office applications
- Skilled to report based on KPI`s to management level
- proficiency in German & English
