Est-ce utile ?
With around 180 employees, Switch supports Switzerland's universities, research institutions, and critical infrastructure organizations on their way to a secure and trustworthy digital age. With innovative IT services, secure infrastructures, expert advice, and the networking of relevant specialist communities, we help our customers effectively and efficiently use the opportunities offered by digitization.
The National Research Network Security (NSEC) Team, which consists of more than ten members, supports Swiss universities and research institutions in detecting and managing cybersecurity incidents. It is part of Switch's Security Competence Center, which has 40 security specialists. For three years, we have been building a Security Operations Center (SOC) in collaboration with our community. In this, we work with partners and perform security operations tasks ourselves. To complement our team, we are looking for a SOC Analyst who, together with experienced analysts and incident responders, will monitor and analyze security incidents in XDR and SIEM systems for our clients, take initial actions, report, and support our clients in their handling.
