This position offers an individual the opportunity to become a Receptionist/Office Assistant in the Media & Agency industry. The role requires excellent Secretarial & Business Support skills in a fast-paced environment in Lausanne. The position is 80% and temporary (approximately 1 month- extended)

Description
- Coordinating front desk activities and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and employees.
- Coordinating office activities, meetings, and appointments.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and photocopying.
- Maintaining office inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensuring the office is kept tidy and running efficiently.
- Managing office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Profile
A successful Receptionist/Office Assistant should have:
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
