A day in the life of an HR Intern
-
Responsible for the work certificate process, coordinating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
-
Support HR cycle management, including employee life-cycle documents (e.g., work permits, attestations, accident declarations) and absence & time management
-
Improve and update HR policies, processes and templates
-
Organize activities for interns
-
Process and monitor invoices using COUPA
-
Handle mail processing
-
Participate in various HR projects throughout the year

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and discretion

A positive personality

Willingness to learn and team spirit

Good presentation, neat work and attention to detail

Perfect command of the Office suite and general computer skills

French native speaker with an excellent command of English (both oral and written)
