Our Investment Operations team is growing and we are looking for an Investment Operations Manager, who is highly motivated, detail focused and has a strong team spirit. We work in a very dynamic and collaborative environment, liaising closely with our Legal, Tax and Investment teams as well as external counterparties, ensuring an efficient and high quality processing of investments.
Responsibilities

You will co-lead a team of 10 people which is split across Pfäffikon and Dublin, together with a fellow co-lead based in Dublin;

You will share responsibility for overseeing the operational aspects of the investment process, ensuring that the team is executing the operational processes accurately, timely and in compliance with policies and procedures;

You will share responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, including people leadership, workload management and fostering team spirit;

You will take business ownership for various ongoing and upcoming tactical and strategic projects, ensuring on time delivery on our requirements;

You will act as a team representative both internal and external to the Firm, preparing and providing updates, presentations and statistics on our activities to management / stakeholders;

You will develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity in investment operations;

You will work operationally on executing transactions together with our Investment and Legal teams to ensure that transactions on behalf of LGT entities into externally and internally managed funds are executed in a timely and accurate manner, covering various transaction types across the Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Infrastructure businesses;

You will ensure strong, professional communication and co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

You have at least 10 years experience in the financial industry, preferably within asset management operations, with at least 5 years experience leading people and managing challenging projects;

You have a high level of initiative and attention to detail, with a clear focus on client service;

You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make necessary decisions;

You are efficient, accurate, organized, flexible and have a reliable working style, with a strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively;

You adapt and learn quickly in a changing environment;

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and you could prove in the past that you’re able to work at eye level with various stakeholders. German skills are beneficial.
