IT Project Manager-Penetration Testing vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Planning and coordinating security reviews, including Penetration Tests and Bug Bounty activities
- Managing resources and schedules for external penetration testers
- Communicating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of security reviews
- Moderating meetings, capturing decisions accurately, and ensuring transparent follow-ups
- Tracking and managing the remediation lifecycle of identified penetration test findings
- Ensuring data accuracy in the penetration test process and generating regular reports
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proficiency in coordinating and overseeing penetration testing activities, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Experience in identifying and assessing security vulnerabilities, with a focus on providing actionable recommendations
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on penetration testing metrics and outcomes to drive continuous improvement
- Experience in managing vendor relationships for outsourced testing resources and engagements
- Trainings such as CSM, CMP, PMP, and PRINCE2, as well as certifications like CISSP or OSCP, are advantageous
- Language skills: German, English
