Your Responsibilities :

Are you a passionate and experienced Quality expert with a solid background in service quality assessment and compliance, ideally in the context of data services. Are you willing to play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence within our Operations Services organization?
 

  • Lead the production of the Safety Support Assessment deliverables by applying available procedures, methodologies and tools
  • Define, respectively, keep up to date Services specification and Functional Systems while complying with the applicable regulatory framework
  • Proactively moderate workshops, foster critical thinking, and be a «translator» between the Change Managers, Business Owners and Subject Matter Experts 
  • Deliver high quality safety support case documents & ensure input from stakeholders
  • Ensure Safety Support Requirements are implemented and become part of the Service Specification
  • Ensure monitoring criteria are defined to monitor service in operations vs. service specifications
  • Monitor service delivery performance against standards and benchmarks, identify opportunities for improvement and advise the Business Owners

 
Your profile :
 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track records in Quality Management, ideally with knowledge in one of the fields of Aeronautical Data Management, Air Traffic Flow Management, Airspace Management
  • Broad understanding of system / software development processes and lifecycle
  • Familiar with data service and service specifications, as well as with safety and change management processes
  • Ability to analyze systems and their behavior, and to build arguments and demonstrate compliance to specific regulations
  • German or French proficient (C2 Level), English Fluent (C1 Level)

When: 01.09.2024 or upon availability
Working percentage: 80-100%
