To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden (AG), we are looking for a
Artwork & Labelling Manager 60% - 70%

Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate artwork creation or changes for commercial or to be launched products or submissions to Health Authorities
- Represent the team in cross-functional projects for new product introduction in the frame of product launches of own/in-licensed products, line extensions, geographical expansion, and manufacturing transfer
- Act as interface between all involved internal and externals stakeholders, Regulatory Affairs, Typesetters, Serialization, Supply Chain, QA, Production Site and Contract Manufacturers
- Ensure that the artworks are ready on time and compliant to enable the launch and the continuous delivery of the products in the markets
- Familiar with GMP guidelines, artwork processes and workflows and bring up improvements within SOPs.
Who you are
- University degree in life science or similar education is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working as artworks and labelling manager
- Experience in artworks either on a typesetter/service provider level or within the pharmaceutical industry and on new product introduction
- Committed and reliable team-player with ability to work cross-functional
- Result driven and solution-oriented with strategic thinking and sense for practical solutions
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English incl. negotiation skills)
- Able to work independently on multiple tasks and under pressure in an organized manner
