Your Impact

As the Head of Marketing Programs and Communications, you will develop, execute, and oversee marketing programs promoting Speedgoat solutions and enhance brand visibility among target audiences. This role requires an excellent understanding on how to grow revenue for core market segments through creative and impactful campaigns and communications.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will lead efforts such as online advertising and social media campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and marketing automation strategies. You will be responsible for building up marketing communications for Asian markets.

Your ability to deliver planned activities on time, analyse campaign performance, and refine approaches are key to generate quality leads and opportunities meeting the funnel plan, fostering customer loyalty, and strengthening Speedgoat’s market presence.

Primary areas of ownership include:

  • Planning: Develop and update the annual plan for marketing campaigns and communications meeting lead generation, nurturing, customer retention, and budgeting goals for the defined marketing segments.

  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns, monitor and optimize performance, and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Messaging and Design: Draft campaign messaging and creative designs, and collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to create professional campaigns.

  • On-Time Execution: Ensure the timely delivery of all planned campaigns and projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Engage contributing teams on time.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Define and measure campaign goals, track campaign quantity, quality and ROI results, and leverage lessons learned for continuous improvement. Inform about results and improvement measures taken through transparent reporting to support decision-making, such as for budget allocation, or to better understand market resonance by market segment.

  • Cohesive messaging: Ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns.
  • In-depth solutions and market knowledge: Stay informed about Speedgoat’s solutions and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.


Your Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Work Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the industrial B2B domain is a plus, high affinity for technology is a must.

  • Marketing campaigns and programs: Extensive track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, and experience with customer nurturing and marketing automation. A proven track record in having an in-depth understanding of the target audience, and on how to best address them. Ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing tools and software. Understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and content management systems (CMS). Knowledge about successful marketing on asian social media platforms and search engine optimization for asia is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, French, Mandarin, or Japanese is advantageous.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within the set budget. Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and KPIs.

  • Collaborative Skills: Strong team player with collaborative skills across teams
