The Site Senior Manager, Human Resources (known internally as our Talent Business Partners) is both a strategic and hands on role through partnering with the Business Leaders and employees on day-to-day HR guidance and support to help develop and deliver the people strategy and business solutions. Strong Collaboration is required with other parts of HR to align key priorities with the business and to deliver professional service. The role gives support to Plant Leadership teams contributing to Plant strategy discussions and decision-making and execution of Plant people agenda. The Site Talent Business Partner is a leadership role within the manufacturing facilities and reports directly into the HR function.
This Strategic Partner role will have accountabilities in the following key areas: HR Consulting, Talent Management & Learning, Organizational & Team Effectiveness, Employee Mediation, Operations Management, Compensation Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Reporting Analytics, and Emergency Response.
In this role, you will:
- Advise Plant leadership on people issues, supported by robust measurement and evaluation
- Be the expert and agent on people challenges, with a key focus on talent, performance, and change
- Collaborate with other parts of HR to align key priorities with the business and to deliver professional service
- Take on a change agent role within the Plant leadership team and build and execute change plans
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical thinking, breakthrough thinking & facilitating relationships comprising of different levels of employees.
- Provide leadership in creating a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, quality, safety and effective continuous improvement implementation to drive a highly productive workforce. In addition, this role will have lead responsibility for employee relations as well as other high-performance initiatives to deliver transformation and ongoing continuous improvement to our work practices and team leader leadership capabilities.
- Build on and apply their expertise in various areas including performance management, employee engagement & relations, change management, lean manufacturing, organizational design & development, training and development of leaders and project management to enhance cross-functional effectiveness.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Masters preferred as well as continuing education and certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- 10+ years of comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, including: Employee Engagement, Change Management, Organizational Design, state and federal labor laws and current economic and labor relations developments in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience as an HR Team Leader/Manager that has strong understanding of manufacturing functional areas and their interactions, and a working knowledge of continuous improvement /Lean manufacturing.
- Previous leadership experience coaching leaders and building leadership teams.
- Must have demonstrated capability in problem solving, conflict resolution and working within site culture. In depth knowledge of business strategy, and specific HR functional knowledge.
- Fluency in English
