Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, or specify mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.

Prepare, present and explain proposals, reports, cost estimates and findings to clients
-
Commission, monitor, evaluate, or inspect the installation of systems for compliance with design. Accommodate, adapt and introduce changes to the design as required.

Troubleshoot equipment & processes
-
Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in engineering projects.

Perform other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Civil engineering.

3-5 years process design experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.

Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) a plus.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP from PMI) a plus

Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub- atomic structures and processes.

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
