In this role, you will:
Be accountable & responsible for:
- Architectural Strategy Development: Develop and communicate a comprehensive architectural vision for supply chain systems, aligning with business strategies and future growth.
- Technology Integration: Identify and implement innovative technologies and solutions that enhance supply chain operations, ensuring interoperability and maximizing efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes and systems, recommending strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and procurement, to ensure architecture aligns with business needs and enhances stakeholder satisfaction.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across all supply chain technologies.
- Performance Metrics Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of architectural initiatives and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Vendor Collaboration: Engage with technology vendors to evaluate, negotiate, and implement solutions that meet supply chain requirements.
- Industry Trends Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain management, making recommendations to leadership for future initiatives.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Leadership Competencies / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on supply chain systems.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in solution design and implementation in complex IT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies and their application in supply chain solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
