Join the Thomson Reuters ANZ Marketing team as Marketing Manager for a 12-Month contract and take your marketing career to the next level. As a seasoned marketing pro, you will maintain a relentless handshake with local sales leaders, key stakeholders and regional marketing specialists to deliver best in class marketing coverage for demand generation, pipeline influence and account-based marketing and play a key role with high visibility in our AEM marketing organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Director-Corporate AEM, you will be a senior member of the ANZ marketing team, help drive the ANZ marketing strategy and execution, and have a significant impact on Thomson Reuters success in ANZ.
About The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and deploy sophisticated integrated demand generation campaigns
Build enthusiasm and momentum for our marketing initiatives via communicating with and enabling sales
Develop and execute plans across a range of marketing mediums including social, marketing automation, events (physical and digital), digital display, and SEM
Be heavily involved in building high-touch MOFU and BOFU campaigns for pipeline influence and acceleration
Be accountable for marketing KPIs for a large portion of the ANZ business
Have the opportunity to lead and help develop the careers of other marketers
Develop strong and effective partnerships with local industry partners, associations and both internal and external stakeholders
Develop, track and report on ROI of campaigns, programs and tactics
Work closely with Product Strategy on shaping the strategy, message and content of our outbound marketing efforts for the ANZ market.
About You
You’re a fit for the role if you:
Have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.
Have an ongoing interest and passion for all things marketing; new mediums, vehicles technologies and best practices
Have a track record of data and results driven marketing
Are marketing tech savvy
Are a leader, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
Possess a strong understanding on current industry trends
Love being in a room with sales
Are very comfortable owning your metrics and KPIs
Can work well with both external agencies and in-house expertise
Have strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners
Possess strong communication/ presentation skills and strong analytical skills
Can very effectively multi-task, prioritise workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure
Actively listen, negotiate, and consult with stakeholders
