Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Region Leader ASIA, the Contract Performance Manager (CPM) will work with Customers, GE Service Site Managers and Service Directors and will be responsible for Operation and Maintenance Agreement contract performance in selected countries/regions. This will include managing customer relationship and communication, driving the performance of planned and unplanned scope in fulfillment of contractual obligations, and being the first point of escalation outside of the wind farm site for contractual interpretation or dispute.

Essential Responsibilities
- Customer relationship and issue management
- Contract technical / maintenance compliance and service fulfilment strategy
- Contractual opportunity development (incl. business development opportunities) and risk identification (incl. risk profiling and mitigations)
- Synchronizing Customer and Contract events / demand with internal functions such as Field Service, Sourcing and Engineering
- Contract financial and contractual performance
- Cash collection, receivables management and concessions administration
- Contract technical / maintenance compliance and service fulfilment strategy
Qualifications, Requirements & Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience within Wind Maintenance sector or other energy or industrial segments
- At least 5 years experience managing subcontractors
- At least 5 years’ experience with multi-year and transactional contract interpretation and management
- Parts, Repairs and Service offerings and fulfilment
- Insurance and bank/parent guarantees
- Equipment operations/maintenance/overhaul/upgrade requirements and recommendations
- Upgrades, Emergent Work offerings and fulfilment
- Assessments and mitigation strategies for commercial and fulfilment risk
Desired Characteristics
- Wind industry or comparable energy technology experience.
- Customer focused: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent knowledge of commercial, finance, legal and related regulations, and law.
- Proficiency in English and computer application skills.
- Lean certified is preferred
- Exposure to regulators (particularly safety regulators) is desirable
- A good teamwork leader in a dynamic, energetic, and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and ownership.
- Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure
