Responsibilities
- Acquire new projects and customers for our innovative monitoring technology
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to effectively implement our solutions
- Support the management in developing and executing sales strategies, including go-to-market strategy and identification of key partnerships to maximize our market share
- Define KPIs for our sales and growth strategy and implement a system for tracking them
- Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase our monitoring technology
- Create proposals and marketing material for potential customers (dynamic presentations, blog posts, eye-catching brochures, newsletters, etc.)
- Support project leaders in developing monitoring concepts aimed at maximizing value for our customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering, material science, chemistry, or a related field
- >2 years of practical experience in the construction sector, ideally in sales of technical solutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent work ethic, accountability, and open communication skills
- Good level of German and English (writing, speaking)
- Beneficial: Experience dealing with public owners and authorities
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and the EU up to 30% of the time
