what. is looking for a confident, outspoken and driven professional to lead the data mining and outreach of new business leads. The goal of the role is to identify new lead opportunities within our CRM, and generate new lead opportunities whilst following our deal management process.
Take the initiative to improve our CRM to increase adoption and efficiency across the company, whilst using our existing data to find new lead opportunities. Feed off the thrill of deal progress, selling, learning and contributing to help others in their success. or you.
For this role you need an in-depth understanding of our services, company culture, key people and how we work. You’ll be responsible for how we use our CRM (Pipedrive), implementing new workflows and mining the CRM data to identify new lead and upsell opportunities. Your role includes identifying the potential solution and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate account manager.
You'll be crucial in maintaining an organised lead and deal pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM updates.

Must haves:
- Excellent sales drive and communication skills, understanding and empathising with clients' perspectives to build a positive impression.
- Excellent understanding of utilising CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive, for data mining
- In-depth knowledge of creating workflow automation and best practices in CRM systems
- Demonstrated track record in sales, customer service and client relationship-building
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to confidently communicate in English, German is a big plus(Swiss German preferred)
- Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
- Willingness to learn, adapt and win
- Solution oriented attitude
Should haves:
- Understanding of growth marketing and product development services
- Digital agency experience
- Understanding of the Swiss market
