This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

Assume project responsibility for services related to medium and low-voltage switchgear and electrical distribution systems, taking into account all technical, scheduling, and commercial objectivesProactively communicate with customers, suppliers, and company units, in addition to coordinating tasksManage activities in accordance with the project plan and processesContinuously monitor project progress and update plans as requiredIssue project progress reportsPrepare quotations and support service salesCreate service and maintenance conceptsOversee maintenance contracts through end-to-end management of customers or their production sitesClose collaboration with the local sales manager to ensure an efficient customer support

Qualifications for the role

• Solid degree in a technical specialization or vocational training (e.g. electrician, electrical engineer, automation engineer) with corresponding further training at HF or FH level (or equivalent)
• Technical background in the field of medium-voltage and/or low-voltage switchgear. Professional experience in project management or field service is of advantage
• French language skills and English or German. You will work with French-speaking customers and coordinate internal suppliers and colleagues in English or German
• Flexible personality with demonstrable organizational and leadership abilities, together with good communication skills and the capacity to remain focused in a dynamic environment
• You are responsive, customer-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
