Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

The Customer Service Coordinator will support the SGS LabTox entity in its day to day back-office administrativetasks and reception.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

  • Handle all back-office activities,
  • Ensure daily phone follow up with clients,
  • Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers,
  • Provide administrative support to operations activities,
  • Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities,
  • Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals,
  • Maintain databases,
  • Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities,
  • Ensure appropriate filing and archiving,
  • Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity

Qualifications

PROFILE

  • CFC “Employé de Commerce”
  • 5years experience
  • Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
  • Reliable, flexible and accurate
  • Team oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Certificate of in-company trainer for apprentices (would be a plus)
