About the role
Lead a team of Product Owners and Scrum Masters, overseeing the delivery of various digital products and ensuring alignment with business goals and agile practices. Guide the team on agile excellence and agile product methodology.
Main responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners and Scrum Masters, ensuring cohesive and aligned product delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategies and roadmaps.

Oversee the development and maintenance of product backlogs across multiple teams.
-
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices, promoting agile excellence within the team.
-
Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
-
Monitor and report on product performance and progress.
-
Facilitate communication and collaboration between product teams and other departments.
-
Guide the team in setting sprint goals, planning releases, and ensuring the delivery of committed value.

Provide performance feedback to Product Owners and Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
-
7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital and web products.
-
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Experience in web development and content management systems preferred.
-
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile excellence.
-
Experience with coaching and mentoring teams in agile methodologies.
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred.
