In order to strengthen the Market Support Group (MSG) in our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, Zurich we are looking for a committed, goal-oriented and experienced Team Lead Service Analytical Chemistry 100% (all genders). The Team Lead Service AnaChem is responsible to develop and drive the Service business strategy of AnaChem together with the Head MSG & Service. He/She leads the AnaChem Ser-vice team and is responsible to ensure the development and maintenance of the AnaChem Ser-vice offering.In this role, your responsibilities would include: You lead the AnaChem Service Team, consisting of one Service Product Manager and three Service Specialists You analyze the AnaChem Service business and contribute to the development of the AnaChem Service strategyYou develop the overarching Service concept, ensuring harmonization of the service offering across AnaChem products and alignment within the Laboratory DivisionYou ensure the timely development of service offerings within projects according to the AnaChem Service conceptYou align the AnaChem Service development roadmap with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersYou are the main point of contact for METTLER TOLEDO local Service organizations and the Laboratory Division ServiceYou develop the Service training offerings to ensure rapid onboarding of new Service techni-cians
