Finance Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates (SPA)
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates (SPA) Commercial Finance team, balancing both financial operations and business partnering to our Commercial, Strategy and Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this position will partner with a range of internal partners across many functions, at all levels and internationally, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders within the SPA business.
The SPA organization is a highly energetic and impactful team handling over 5,000 partner relationships across all EG brands. As one of the fastest growing divisions of EG this is a phenomenal opportunity to be part of an exciting journey where you can help support the divisions high growth potential, guiding the SPA commercial teams to maximize growth and profitability while delivering against the divisions strategic vision.
What you’ll do:

Key partner support for Commercial and Business Development Directors

Commercial assessment of new and existing partnerships and campaigns to ensure growth and profitability are optimized

Produce Weekly Trading and facilitate trading meetings, using the trends and insights identified to make recommendations to drive partner performance

Utilise your commercial/financial knowledge to help raise business awareness amongst the sales and marketing teams

Develop materials and provide training and mentoring, as appropriate, to enable them to improve potential

Working with Analytics, Product and Tech to develop and continuously improve tools, automation and the data behind it

Provide commercial insights and analysis to feed into the R&O and monthly GBV forecast processes, driving forecast accuracy

Support the Commercial Directors with the quarterly target setting processes

Key Point of contact for Accounting for marketing spend accruals. Ensuring controls are maintained and processes are streamlined and subsequently managing the transition of these responsibilities outside of commercial finance

Support Strategic Projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
Who you are:
-
Prior experience within a finance function, preferably commercial finance or FP&A
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA) or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

Ability to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions
-
Strong modeling skills with the ability to analyze raw data and convert into useful insights
-
Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences

Highly organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across multiple time zones
-
Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change and process improvement
-
Understanding of Hyperion is beneficial
-
Knowledge of SQL is beneficial

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
