With over 10 years of experience as a commercial lawyer, you need to have a strong background in business operations, commercial and contract law, and litigation. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare sectors would be highly beneficial. Additionally, your knowledge of employment law will be an added advantage.

You must possess excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise at all business levels and in international contexts. Being well-organized, self-disciplined, and having good planning and prioritization skills are essential. Your strong business acumen, ability to work well in a team, and good judgment will also be crucial qualities.
