Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Opportunity to be part of marketing team for Rare disease portfolio
- Drive digital strategy for Rare disease portfolio
ACCOUNTABILITIES .
- Developing digital strategy( content & overall ) for driving the growth agenda for Rare Disease portfolio
- Work closely with DD&T & Global team to build digital strategy and identify key assets which could support Rare disease portfolio
- Initiate and build content strategy using Takeda assets to strengthen messaging around the brand
- Good understanding of India healthcare & digital landscape
- Developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
- Initiate and build digital strategy using Takeda assets to drive referral pathway
- Strengthen digital assets and resources to support improved Standard SOC
- Improvise digital strategy to drive disease awareness initiatives so as to reach HCP beyond the current HCP reach
- Strengthen digital applications as per need of the market to strengthen portfolio and support HCP Needs
- Develop SOP for building , disseminating digital initiatives to overcome privacy challenges
- Drive execution of digital strategy : Sales and non sales
- Developing key KPI to all digital assets to understand return on Investment with digital strategy
- Single point of contact to suggest continuation or to discontinue key digital assets
- Work with Regional and Global teams to represent India best practices at Regional & Global level
- Identify new vendors and complete the onboarding process
- Work with vendors to drive the campaigns
SKILLS And COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or equivalent degree will be plus
- Candidate should ideally have 4+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing including digital marketing
- Candidate with experience of technical understanding of assets like SFMC , Veeva , WhatsApp for Business , digital segmentation
- Candidate should have an experience of developing social media strategy for Healthcare Brand
