-
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose complex issues and performance bottlenecks within Dynamics solutions and provide recommendations for optimization.
-
Technology Roadmap: Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics and ensure that the team stays current with the latest updates and new features of Dynamics 365.
-
Documentation: Create and maintain solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation for ongoing projects.
-
Compliance & Security: Ensure that all solutions meet industry standards for security, compliance, and governance, and that they align with internal IT policies.
