Your team


Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

This position is a unique opportunity to support the Client Register Unit, by assisting production and project teams and guiding them through change. This includes strategic analyses, management of cross-disciplinary projects and products, and effective communication. Our primary objective is to facilitate operational efficiency and digitalization of our processes.

As a new member of the Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing products, optimizing our processes and adapting our activities to effectively and compliantly integrate evolving regulations. You will join the Unit in charge of client data operations (client account opening and lifecycle, document digitalization) and work closely with internal clients and IT teams.
 


Your role



  • Manage projects to specifications in terms of time, budget, and scope.

  • Conduct strategic/business analyses and comprehensive reviews of processes to identify areas of improvement, efficiency gains and risks and coordinate the implementation of the proposed action plans. 

  • Contribute to the development of the business plan.

  • Manage the lifecycle of products (i.e. strategic vision, roadmap, backlog management and prioritization, stakeholder and change management, budget monitoring).

  • Develop functional specifications for IT teams.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements related to our activities.

  • Develop the project management, business analysis and change management skills of Unit employees.

  • Manage Unit training materials and communications, intranet news, etc.


Your profile



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or information systems, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Up to 5 years of experience in the banking sector and project/product management.

  • Proven experience in training and communication, preferably in the banking sector.

  • Strong data analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of agile and lean cultures is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of digitalization processes and technologies.

  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, Wiki, and Tableau applications is a plus.

  • Residence in Switzerland required.

Your pragmatic approach and knowledge of the banking sector make you a facilitator and accelerator of change implementation.
