Job Description
The Client Service Executive is responsible for both product quality and gaining insight from Consumer Panel Data reports. Working closely with other teams across the business, you will ensure our clients (internal and external) will receive a best-in-class experience through fast and accurate market research and data delivery.
You will have a keen mind and an intellectual curiosity to understand trends and communicate your insights to client, and queries making complex data easier to understand. Managing a range of markets, your role will also be to ensure that our product maintains high standards of accuracy and that the latest feature, brand and model developments are reflected in our reporting.
You will:

Play an active role in acquiring new clients and preparing offers/contracts.

Create and maintain business relations with clients (current and potential) and present them surveys ideas that follow client’s business challenges.

Be responsible for the delivery of research approaches and solutions that best answer the business client's questions.

Identify the client's needs, create/present the offer to the client.

Communicate regularly with the Operations sector and actively work to improve the quality of the Household Panel database.

Actively being involved in reports production (form, report, presentation).

Analyze and comment on data, make recommendations, and generate "insights".

Organizes a "debrief" internally and externally in connection with the project.

Implement YouGov’s research products and develop business relations with clients.

Be responsible for client management activities including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to broaden YouGov’s penetration into the client's business.

Complete all necessary documentation before and after the project.

Work on tasks related to marketing activities, including cooperation with media (creating PR materials, actively taking part in conferences).
You have:

Relevant working experience, ideally 3-5y of Client Services position.

University degree in either Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel and Power Point.

Willing to improve towards consulting and market research.

Excellent Serbian and English language skills.

Client-centric attitude delivering outstanding analyses translated via successful insights.
