They are seeking a dynamic and skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to their exciting projects in high-voltage technology.

Your Role:

  • Lead the electrical design, assembly, and commissioning of high-voltage and power supply systems, particularly for electropolishing equipment.
  • Manage projects related to the development and procurement of new equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules and budgets.
  • Act as a key interface between hardware, process, and software engineers, writing URS and overseeing PLC programming and MES system integration.
  • Conduct approvals, system commissioning, and internal training, ensuring smooth handovers and documentation (FAT/SAT).


Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control, or Regulation Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial production environment and with high-voltage products
  • Strong experience in special machine construction, and measurement and control technology
  • Autonomous with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 4 months/year in Asia).


Technicals skills: 
  • Experience in high-voltage circuits and systems design (>1000 volts)
  • Understanding of power supplies (AC/DC), power distribution and load calculations for electropolishing equipment
  • Ability to design analog and digital circuits including transformers, rectifiers and control circuitry
  • Proficiency in drafting electrical schematics using CAD tools
  • Hands-on experience in electrical installation : wiring, soldering, panel assembly
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning : testing and validation of the components, safety protocols, adjust voltage and current, documentation and reports (FAT/SAT procedures)
  • Proficiency in PLC programming
  • Project management experience in leading cross-functional teams (engineers, technicians) to coordinate design, assembly and commissioning activities
