Based in Eclépens, Switzerland, with a Worldwide scope, we have an opening for a Logistics & Customers Service Employee position –100% - permanent position.
Your responsibilities
- Receiving and entering orders into SAP, coordinating with production to confirm quantities and delivery.
- Confirmation to customers and preparation of sales contract.
- Invoicing and preparation of shipping documents.
- Organization of worldwide transport of our products, respecting time and cost criteria.
- Ensure compliance with current customs regulations.
- Check and approve invoices before forwarding them to accounting for payment.
- Order analysis & report creation.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take initiative.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously and to cope with the stress inherent in the job.
- Ability to negotiate internally to achieve results while maintaining an excellent relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with our customers; telephone skills, sense of service and teamwork.
- Knowledge of customs formalities and export regulations.
Training and experience
- CFC employé de commerce and at least 3 years' professional experience in a similar function (orders, logistics/export).
- Fluent french, excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Spanish and/or German an asset.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of letter of credit, documentary collection orders.
