Events & Channel Marketing Manager
Neutrik Group is a global leader in connectivity technology, renowned for its innovative audio, video, and data connection solutions. Our Sales & Marketing team plays a vital role in presenting our brands and products across a diverse range of markets.
The Events & Channel Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in delivering creative solutions and policing corporate image across a variety of Trade Show and other Industry events. This role also serves as a key contact point between our company and key channel partners, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives, policing our brand guidelines and supporting these key partners. The ultimate goal is to drive brand visibility, strengthen market engagement, and support sales growth.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an Events Calendar aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Implement event strategies, from concept to execution, for both large-scale and regional events, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and best practices.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of trade shows and industry events to maximize brand exposure.
- Serve as the main point of contact on the ground at events, managing logistics and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Ensure all event touchpoints reflect the brand's messaging and positioning accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Maintain close communication with key channel partners.
- Administer the Cooperative Marketing Program with channel partners, providing support as needed.
What we are looking for
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in events management within a marketing role, including large- and medium-scale trade shows.
- Regional or global experience with multi-country event management and cultural adaptability.
- Leadership experience across regions or remote teams.
- Proven expertise in trade show management, including legalities and health & safety.
- Strong project management skills for multiple, complex projects.
- Strategic planning abilities aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective crisis management and risk mitigation skills.
- Analytical skills for evaluating event and marketing effectiveness.
- Leadership qualities with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Relationship-building skills across levels and departments.
- Willingness to represent Neutrik Group at events and travel internationally (20%+).
