Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving top line through Marketing Campaigns and accountability of numbers for
- Value Capture without VEST
- Enhanced Series
- Vital Sign Monitor
- AAT
- Patient Support Systems
- Driving Digital campaigns
- Driving sales for on- line portals for Front Line Care products
- Working closely with Regulatory Affairs on weekly basis to ensure timely closure of all registrations
- Business Case preparation and approvals from Regional Global Business Units
- Creating Training Material in collaboration with Clinical & Medical
- Creating Marketing Material in association with Medical & Regulatory Affairs
- Full accountability of Marketing Budget
- Full accountability of Conferences, Meetings (attending all critical conferences & Meetings)
- Driving CME/DEMO & Monitoring the same via dashboards on Monthly basis
- 6 Days/Month JFW with Healthcare Systems & Technologies Malaysia & and Singapore (Exclusive of meetings & Conferences )
- Working from Office when not in Field: Preferred Mode
- Attending the monthly Monthly Regional Review & presenting Marketing section to Cluster Head
- Annual Brand plan & MAPs preparation
- Creating a repository of Market insights & developing campaigns basis the insights
- Attending the monthly review meetings along with Cluster Head Healthcare Systems & Technologies with sales team
- Attending the quarterly review meetings along with sales with Distributors
- Creating a repository of communications from Regulatory Affairs, Regional Global Business Units on products and disseminating the same with sales & clinical team
- Responsible for CEC operations for the cluster
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent, MBA is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in medical equipment industry
- Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function
- Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
- Leadership skills to drive executional excellence
- Strong KOL management skills
- Able to work with cross functional team to drive results
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player
- Motivated to drive for results
- Execution excellence to drive marketing activities and support sales execution
- Strong commitment to Baxter Code of Conduct (Ethics and Compliance)
