Job description:
- Oral interpretation
- Translation of various documents
- Preparation of presentations
- Coordination of travel management
- Taking care of various orders
- Preparation and coordination of meetings and events
- Support with administrative matters
- Extensive travel needed (75% of time outside of Switzerland)
The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Fluency in Russian, English and German any additional language is a plus
- Ability of oral interpretation from English/German to Russian and vice versa
- Experience in working as Personal Assistant with close collaboration with senior executives / CEO
- University degree or specific higher education
- Used to a dynamic and international environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Availability for extensive traveling
- Positive person with flexibility to support at any level (administration, operation)
- Autonomous, pro-active, efficient and punctual
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communicator and with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and with a significant workload
- Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations
