What you will do:

• Clarify and challenge roles and responsibilities affecting Origination (e.g., onboarding market data, contracts, new regions).


• Identify and drive automation opportunities and ongoing process improvements.


• Shape a strategic, long-term vision for tools, including API development and digitalization efforts.


• Promote best practices and effective communication across Origination and other departments.


• Act as a sparring partner within Origination and for stakeholders, following up on MSU and OPEX improvements.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ICT, Economics, Finance, or Management; a Master’s is a plus.


• 7–10 years of experience in transversal support roles, with a strong connection to front office, preferably in the energy sector.


• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across regions effectively.


• A strong understanding of business and support functions.


• Fluent English proficiency.
