This role will support the effective implementation of the Belgium operational annual cycle plan and will ensure the CRM solution for the Field Force is updated and optimally used according to the global standards, thereby providing the sales force with a common understanding and a correct application.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare the different sales cycles for the Belgian Field Force including sales activities sheet, time spent and objectives setting;
• Monitor and maintain the customers database in line with pre-defined procedures;
• Setup in SalesForce system the monthly cycles for the Belgian Field Force including uploading planned visits and required POS assessments;
• Ensure the availability and effective use of the CRM system (SalesForce/IVY) in line with the business requirements in order to deliver the best support to all stakeholders;
• Look for improvements in Ways of Working including meetings and systems by going on field visits and getting sales insights.

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent by experience in a relevant role, FMCG & sales experience is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Fluent English (written and spoken), NL and/or FR preferred
• Knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft PowerBI or similar programs is a plus
