Your main tasks
- Perform medical assessments of technologies and therapies for the treatment of diabetes and translate into comprehensible insights to drive strategic decisions
- Develop, maintain and deliver medical and educational training programs to support the adoption of Ypsomed's solutions
- Create scientific materials to support the dissemination of clinical evidence demonstrating the medical benefits of Ypsomed's solutions
- Support the development and implementation of global clinical research projects
- Participate to scientific conferences and workshops to maintain industry knowledge and to present scientific data to HCPs
- Organization and development of scientific content from scientific symposia
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with patient communities and advocacy groups
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and research institutions. Collaborate with them on joint projects in research and dissemination
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, market access and regulatory teams to develop strategies and deliver specific programs
- Be the scientific and medical resource for the teams on the field
- Review and validate medical messages and promotional materials
Your profile
- Advanced degree in life science or related field
- > 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, in clinical research, medical science or related activities
- Experience in diabetes area is highly desirable, experience with digital health technologies of advantage
- Strong scientific understanding, ability to interpret and communicate scientific data
- Solid interpersonal, project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Cross-cultural competence and ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and creative approach to problem solving
- Knowledgeable in the regulatory environment for medical devices, in the area of diabetes care area would be advantageous
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are of advantage
