ROLE DESCRIPTION
• We are currently recruiting for the IT Delivery Analyst I role to support the Information Technology department in a hybrid environment. The position reports to the IT Training and QA Manager. The successful candidate will engage with IT Delivery , IT Service Center Managers and other stakeholders across various communication methods.
• The IT Delivery Analyst I is responsible for implementing analytics to transform data into insights that improve business decisions. This role bridges the gap between IT and Operations by identifying issues and applying effective solutions, considering business constraints.
• The IT Delivery Analyst will use their strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise and analytical abilities to identify impact to the broader business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability of being agile, team-oriented, pivoting, and adapting to a changing environment is critical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Driving awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through real-time data evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate to them to understand organizational and operational challenges.
• Transform data into insights for better business decisions and bridge the gap between IT and business.
• Critically analyze data, identify underlying root problems, define them clearly, and structure them to facilitate effective problem-solving to meet business needs.
• Review, understand, analyze, and evaluate processes, systems, and user needs for applications, systems, or other platforms and suggest and apply solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow workflows implemented and perform QA for end-user experience.
• Utilize ServiceNow, PowerBI and additional analytical software to create reports, dashboards and offer recommendations.
• Facilitate smoother collaborations to enhance the user experience where backlogs or challenges arise.
• Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and IT delivery to the end user.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an analyst role, preferably in a technology-focused environment (essential).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.
• Customer-service oriented while successfully applying company policy and procedures.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Jira, Excel, SQL, and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are advantageous.
