EM AFC Business Analyst Lead

In this role, you will:
Position Description
EM AFC BA Lead is a key finance leadership role that will work directly with EM AFC Sector Leader & her teams and other leaders of EM segments & functions in defining & building winning innovation plan for total EM AFC across geographies. The objective is to support better business decisions through elevated and relevant financial analysis.
Responsibility

EM AFC BA Lead supporting EM AFC business.

Partner with AFC Sector Leader and her team in defining EM innovation plan for both medium & long term

Drive visibility on innovation sufficiency in delivering EM SBP plan. Drive accountability of AFC sector team in meeting innovation KPIs. Be champion of IMF process. Ensure right financial evaluation for each project at each gate.

Lead the category financial review for AFC sector team. Drive performance culture in AFC team.

Lead portfolio review with Sector and Country team to drive opportunity in RGM (PPA, Pricing) and portfolio Rationalization.

Lead cost benchmarking across EM markets and Drive DTV and cost saving initiatives.

Drive the optimization of non-working media by partnering with Sector, Country and Procurement.

Own AFC sector overhead cost. Drive the optimization in market share purchase, consulting service, product development and research.

Be a talent magnet. Serve as a strong talent developer by hiring, developing, retaining and promoting direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and raising the performance bar.

Requirement

8-10 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a regional category finance role with a multi-national/global public organization

Experienced leader with appropriate industry experience preferably in FMCG

Excellent financial modeling experience and skills. Strong analytical skills.

Understand business dynamics and ability to connect with key partners to bring business perspective into financial evaluation.

Strong talent management with experience managing remote and culturally diverse relationships
-
Strong collaboration, communication and change management skills
-
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across business, functional and geographic boundaries
-
Strong organizational, project management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple priorities simultaneously
