As a People Services team we:
We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for all countries within CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers.
We support Coca-Cola HBC units with anything related to the employee’s administration in the system - hirings, promotions, salary changes, sick leaves, or vacations, you name it, we‘re always there to have their back. We also play around with Excel and other tools a lot; to send tailor-made reports on request and we surely spend quite some time in Microsoft Teams, on meetings and calls dedicated to solving issues from local managers or boosting our professional qualifications using amazing internal trainings.
Our new team member needs to:
- Have experience with Excel
- Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR administration or technical support
- Have excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Have strong interest in the area of Human Resources
- Have university Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus
- Have solid customer service and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be team player, proactive & result driven
You can be successful in this role if you take care of:
- Global Mobility lifecycle (contract offering, management, termination and repatriation agreements).
- Benefits support & administration related to global mobility (benefits enrollment, tax & relocation support system initiations).
- Benefits administration in Workday.
- Communication with HR Administration and Local Rewards Teams for any Mobility related topics.
- Executive Rewards and Mobility Reporting (Top300 & IA manning reports, Benefits reporting, etc.)
- Mobility Master Data in Workday - maintenance and checks.
- Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests (Relocation, Compliance, Benefits and Benchmarking related expenses).
- Payroll Recharges (providing Recharges mapping tables and cost allocation for the Relocation, Compliance and Benefits expenses per employee to GA & ICO team for the purpose of the ICO recharges.
