This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop, monitor, and analyse overhead budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives. The role directly impacts the reporting of financial information for management and statutory purposes. The role is critical to ensure financial records are following fiscal and legal requirements and a strong control environment is maintained. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with department heads to gather relevant information for the development of overhead budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and budget adherence.
• Conduct thorough analysis of overhead expenditures to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare insightful reports and present findings to the Finance Manager and senior management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting principles to ensure accurate allocation of overhead expenses and adherence to financial regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related area
• 4+ years’ experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Apply critical thinking skills to analyse financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of BPC-SAP Systems is preferred.
