We have a job opening for a highly organized, agile, ambitious, and motivated CEO & Team Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the executive team, including managing emails, schedules, meetings, invoicing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and plan events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Facilitate internal communication, acting as a point of contact between the CEO, COO and employees or external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
- Collect receipts and prepare them for the accounting department.
- Ensure great housekeeping (beverages, food, recycling, logistics et al.) at our locations in Zurich and Davos, Switzerland.
- Handle confidential information, act with integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Assist in developing and implementing improved administrative processes within a fast-paced start-up environment.
What it takes:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role within a startup environment, ideally within tech.
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience and a strong interest in generative AI tools (beyond ChatGPT)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrable flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing environment.
