Tasks and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Process On-Boarding Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and effective introduction of new processes and tools within our technology environment. This role serves as a crucial interface between internal and external functions and workstreams, ensuring the seamless flow of information and knowledge transfer.
- Support the on-boarding of processes and tools related to ongoing tech transitions.
- Focus on the integration of on-boarding processes with various interfaces and involved functions.
- Conduct and report on Process Gap Analysis.
- Identify missing or inadequate process steps, awareness, knowledge, access, and documentation.
- Monitor the provisioning of required resources, including tools, access, hardware, and process implementations.
- Document and report any areas with potential for improvement.
- Attend regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on current findings and progress.
- Act as a functional liaison between the business and related tech functions, as well as between different tech workstreams and external partners.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement measures based on gathered data and feedback.
- Proven experience in process management, on-boarding, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in liaising between multiple functions and workstreams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large-scale technology transition environment.
- Familiarity with process gap analysis methodologies.
